Returns

All items may be returned for a refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please email us at youlookhotknit@gmail.com for details on where to send your item.

All items must be returned within 14 days of receipt and must be new, unworn, and unused.

PLEASE NOTE

• Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags attached and hygiene liners fully intact.
• Due to hygiene standards, we are unable to accept returns on swimwear that shows any signs of wear, including stains, marks, odours, or damage. This also applies to items tried on without appropriate underwear.
• Any returns that do not comply with these conditions will be declined.
• If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 28 days of delivery.

RETURN PROCESS

Once we have received your returned item(s), we will send you an email to confirm receipt of the goods. Please allow 10 working days for your return to reach us.

We cannot be held responsible for item(s) lost in transit, therefore we recommend obtaining proof of postage with a reference or tracking number from the Post Office.

All returned items will be inspected, and provided they meet the conditions outlined in our Limited Edition Returns Policy, we will process your return within 14 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been completed.
